reviewing a previously drafted contract
prior to execution or drafting a contract

In certain instances a disagreement
will arise between two parties, which
due to monetary reasons or the circumstances
surrounding the matter, does not warrant
litigation. We will analyze the situation
and assist our client in a cost effective
manner in order to reach an amicable
solution through the demand and negotiation
process.
